Following your free consultation we will start to piece together your ideas and form them into design options. Through state of the art 3D Visualisations we can narrow down numerous styles and budgets.
Detailed Design
Further refinement of the preferred option takes place, with the submission for Planning Approval or Lawful Development Certificate if the design falls within Permitted Development.
Technical Design
Once the design is completed the construction information, technical details and Building Control submission are produced and coordination with the Structural Engineer and Contractor.
Interior Design
Making your home work for you by reconfiguring internal layouts, providing colour palettes, furniture, fixtures and equipment specification, and design concepts.
Construction
We can manage the tender process and contract during the construction phase, taking away the added stress this stage can bring to clients.
