Grappenhall Conservation Area

The project brief was to create a single storey wrap around extension to a Victorian period property within the conservation area of Grappenhall in the North West. Through the use of 3D modelling techniques we were able to provide numerous options until the right balance was achieved. Detail into the energy performance and light were key aspects during the technical process to provide a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and provides sustainable energy credentials. Family was at the heart of the design and remained the key driver through the whole process.
