Due to changing family needs more adaptable space was required within an existing footprint. The proposal looks to remove the existing roof, building up and enclosing an additional storey of accommodation to provide a new master bedroom suite and split level bedroom facilities for their teenage daughter. A blend of traditional styling with clean modern elegant lines of zinc panelling helps the dormer not feel out of place or too dominating.
